Information we collect

We collect the details you voluntarily submit through our enquiry forms: name, phone number, email address, city, fitness goal and any message you write. If you become a client, we additionally collect health and training information necessary to programme safely.

How we use it

Your information is used only to respond to your enquiry, deliver coaching services, issue invoices and maintain training records. We do not sell your data, and we do not send marketing messages unless you ask us to.

Health information

Health details shared during consultation are treated as confidential and are stored only for as long as you remain a client, plus a reasonable record-keeping period.

Sharing

We share data only where necessary with payment processors and video-conferencing providers used to deliver sessions, or where required by law.

Cookies

This is a static website. It sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own.

Your rights

You may request a copy of your data, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete your records by emailing ritu@fitnessforallbyrituudayan.com. We respond within 30 days.

Any updates to this policy will be published on this page with a revised date.
